ABR Interiors does not delay or make changes which are beyond our control.

Any payment of services should be done according to the agreed terms and conditions in the proposal, contract or invoice. ABR Interiors has the right to withhold services in case of late or non payment. The client will meet any bank fees, taxes, or other charges that may be imposed.

Any intellectual property such as designs, plans, drawings and any other creative work offered by ABR Interiors are the property of ABR Interiors unless they are transferred to another party through a written contract. Intellectual property is heavily guarded as it is not allowed to be reproduced or used without permission.

ABR Interiors is free to suggest or collaborate with third parties, contractors, vendors or suppliers. Although we do our best to cooperate with trusted providers, ABR Interiors does not control the quality, reliability, or performance of third party services or products. ABR Interiors will not incur liability to any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages suffered as a result of using our website or services, the outcome of any project, delays, or financial losses, even where advised of the existence of such damages.

ABR Interiors has the right to end services or access to the website at its own discretion at any time and any reason including breach of these Terms and Conditions. Clients are still liable to payments of services up to the date of termination.

The laws in India apply to these Terms and Conditions. Any disagreements that may occur because of using this site or services will be under the sole jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
